Barbara made our wedding ceremony so personalized and perfect for us. She guided us through the planning process and helped us with our vows and led a ceremony that we loved and got so many compliments on. I think she would be a fantastic officiant for anyone because she is personable and a great listener who takes the time to get to know you. She led a beautiful sand ceremony that we chose as a "blended" couple which was a really nice way to include the kids in the big day, and even offered a gracious blessing over our meal after the ceremony. Alex and I got married in front of the Pineapple Fountain downtown Charleston. We decided to do a mini super private ceremony just two of us. Barbara was very helpful and professional. She worked around her schedule to make it happen for us. She is very thoughtful and kind. I would highly recommend her to make your day even more special.

Barbara officiated my big day in Hanahan, SC. She gave me many ceremony options and worked with me editing them into the perfect ceremony. She offers handfasting as part of the ceremony and it was a very special touch that created uniqueness to my wedding that people ARE STILL RAVING about! It was cool that she was able to entertain and teach my guests at the same time! Our wedding was amazing, thank you for everything Barbara!

Barbara was so great! She wrote us unique ceremonies to choose from. We picked and chose the parts we liked and she re-wrote it to fit our wants. Her reading was really smooth and the whole ceremony flowed so well. And afterwards she even helped bustle my dress!

Barbara Pinker is the ultimate professional and a real pleasure to deal with. Of all the officiants we considered using she stood out as the best fit for us. We wanted a simple religious ceremony. She wrote 2 ceremonies of this type that we liked very much and allowed us to edit and combine the best from both into a beautiful ceremony that was perfect for us. She responded to all our questions promptly, and on the day of our wedding she arrived exactly when she promised. From the sincerity in her voice during the ceremony one could tell she understood perfectly the importance of the day to us. We are convinced we made the right choice in Barbara. She was worth every penny of the very reasonable fee she charges.

Barbara was 100% amazing, from start to finish I had no problems. She arrived on time and presented herself very well. Before the ceremony she sent me information for my spouse and I to read through about marriage just out of her own generosity! She let us chose what vows you enjoyed and wanted on your big day. During the ceremony she spoke loud and was amazing! She helped our day be perfect and I would 100% recommend anyone and everyone looking for someone to chose her! After the ceremony she gave us our own personal certificate and a beautiful folder. Thank you again!

Barbara was absolutely great to work with. She was always checking in with us to make sure it was everything we wanted. She was very understanding to certain traditions and values we had. As well as sending us drafts of a couple different ceremonies that we could make changes to. We made changes to one ceremony and she was very responsive to what we had asked and send over another copy with the changes we had made. Barbara was very easy to get along with and also quick to answer any questions it definitely made the process a lot easier. I would recommend her over and over again!

From the first phone call up until our wedding day, she was quick to respond, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our ceremony was exactly what we wanted. She wrote three different ceremonies for us to make sure we had a variety to choose from. We also opted for the hand-fasting ceremony, and all of our guests thought that was a unique and very wonderful touch. I cannot say enough great things about Barbara Pinker. She went above and beyond her officiant duties, marrying us during this awful pandemic. When everything else canceled (understandably) she was willing to do whatever she could to make our day happen. Her ceremony was professional but very sentimental and from the heart and you can really tell she loves what she does. For our vow renewal we will definitely be choosing her. My only regret is I couldn't spend more time with her due to Covid 19. She was an awesome woman! Our families loved everything about her!

We did not have a wedding planner or coordinator and she went above and beyond to help coordinate the ceremony on top of writing the perfect vows that really represented who we were as a couple! Barbara Pinker she is a true professional she came in early to assess the venue speak with yes and persons getting married she makes all feel at ease speaks about how things are going to go and listens to your suggestions and how you want things to be...she helps you write your own script or vows if need be and make sure the ceremony comes out as perfect as you want it ... her calm demeanor it’s contagious which is necessary at times for such an event🙂 I highly suggest using her services and she comes highly recommended be me ..thank you.

Barbara was excellent to work with for my small beach wedding ceremony. She was very responsive immediately. She sent us 3 different choices for our ceremony and we liked one and then added a different part of another one. The day of the ceremony Barbara was very punctual and worked well with the photographer. The guests were very impressed by her. She made the wedding go smoothly. Highly recommend her! Barbara was amazing. She took care of the entire ceremony and the marriage license process. It was truly a beautiful ceremony because of her. She brought a microphone, which was a huge help, and even printed our vows and license on special stationary. She showed up to the venue early on our wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Each of her ceremonies is completely customized. She is a wonderful person inside and out. I’m so glad we met her.
